Title – Jr. Test Engineer

Role Overview:
This is a software triage role driven by manual testing. Testing will be conducted on client products, including smart glasses and VR headsets, as well as standard mobile devices.
Client employees participate in dogfooding (internal testing) of their products. This testing identifies potential software bugs, which are then logged as tickets. Our team reviews each ticket, attempts to reproduce the core issue, and writes up the findings.

Location and Hours:
- 300 W 6th St, Austin, TX 78701 (Downtown Austin)
- Fully onsite role (remote or hybrid work is not possible)
- Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Understand and utilize complex documentation
- Navigate the client ticketing system
- Review reported bugs
