Pressure Washing Technician

No experience required. We provide all training, equipment, and supplies. If you’re reliable, hardworking, and enjoy working outdoors, this is the job for you.
What You’ll Do
- Operate commercial pressure washing and soft washing equipment
- Clean driveways, patios, decks, siding, roofs, gutters, and commercial properties
- Follow job checklists to deliver consistent, high-quality results
- Interact professionally with customers on-site
- Load, transport, and maintain equipment and vehicles
- Represent the Shine brand with a positive attitude and clean appearance
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required)
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs and working on ladders
- Punctual, reliable, and a strong work ethic
- Team player who takes pride in their work
- Previous landscaping, construction, or cleaning experience is a plus — but not required

Schedule
- Monday – Friday (primary), some Saturdays based on demand
- Start times typically 7:00 – 8:00 AM
