Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SmartRecruiters Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SmartRecruiters solutions. The ideal candidate will define the overall recruiting technology architecture, drive integrations with SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems, and ensure scalable, efficient, and best-practice talent acquisition processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SmartRecruiters solution architecture and design.
- Conduct discovery workshops and translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Design and govern integrations between SmartRecruiters, SAP SuccessFactors EC, Onboarding, and third-party applications.
- Architect recruiting workflows, approval processes, career sites, candidate experience, and reporting solutions.
- Define data migration, security, and governance strategies.
- Provide technical leadership during implementation, testing, deployment, and hypercare phases.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, HR recruiters, and project teams to drive successful outcomes.
- Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and solution consulting skills.
Core Skills and Attributes for Success
- Total 10 years of work experience, with 5–6 years of experience in SmartRecruiters implementations and rollouts.
- Certification is mandatory in SAP SuccessFactors SmartRecruiters Recruitment Management / Recruitment Marketing by SAP.
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors EC, Position Management, RMK, and ONB module integrations would be an added advantage.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Technical Skills
- SmartRecruiters Solution Architecture.
- Talent Acquisition and Recruiting Process Design.
- ATS (Applicant Tracking System) Configuration.
- Candidate Relationship Management (CRM).
- Recruiting Workflow and Approval Process Design.
- Career Site and Candidate Experience Design.
- SmartRecruiters AI capabilities – Winston Companion, Winston Match, Candidate Messaging.
Integration Technical Skills
- SmartRecruiters Integrations.
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
- SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0.
- HRIS Architecture Design.
- REST APIs / Web Services.
- Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Data Migration and Data Governance.
- Enterprise Integration Design.
- Microsoft Teams, LinkedIn Recruiter, HireRight, and DocuSign integrations.
- Strong experience with SmartRecruiters platform configuration and architecture.
- Expertise in Talent Acquisition and Recruiting processes.
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC and Onboarding integrations.
- Knowledge of APIs, SSO, data migration, and enterprise integration patterns.
Preferred Qualifications
- Must have SmartRecruiters certifications or SmartRecruiters for SAP SuccessFactors Academy credentials.
- Experience with high-volume hiring and multicountry, multibrand rollouts.
- Familiarity with the SmartRecruiters Marketplace ecosystem.
- Nice to have SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting / RMK certifications – CTHR83, CTHR84.
