Workplace Consultant, established workplace D&B firm
HAUS Careers are working with an established workplace D&B firm who are looking for an experienced Workplace Consultant to join their growing team in South West London. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of workplace strategy, design, people and business, helping organisations create environments that genuinely support their culture, employees and future ways of working.
About the Role
You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs, assess how their workplaces are performing and develop practical strategies that can be translated into successful workplace environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead workplace strategy projects from initial briefing through to recommendations and implementation.
- Work directly with clients and senior stakeholders to understand organisational goals, culture and employee needs.
- Analyse workplace data, space utilisation, employee feedback and industry trends to develop actionable insights.
- Develop workplace strategies, accommodation strategies and design briefs.
- Lead workshops, presentations and client meetings with confidence.
- Work collaboratively with architects, interior designers, project teams and other consultants.
- Consider wider factors including wellbeing, sustainability, technology, demographics and future ways of working.
- Monitor workplace performance and help clients measure the success of implemented strategies.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships and contribute to new business opportunities.
- Represent the business at industry events and contribute to thought leadership.
- Support workplace change management and employee engagement initiatives where required.
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone with 4+ years’ relevant experience within workplace strategy, workplace consultancy, management consultancy, real estate advisory, organisational design or a related built-environment discipline.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of workplace design, space planning and future ways of working.
- Excellent client-facing and presentation skills.
- Confidence working with data, research and workplace utilisation information.
- Experience developing workplace strategies, briefs or accommodation strategies.
- A commercial and strategic mindset, with the ability to turn complex information into clear recommendations.
- An understanding of sustainability, wellbeing and ESG within the workplace.
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- A collaborative, creative and solutions-focused approach.
Preferred Skills
A background in Architecture, Interior Design, Workplace Design, Real Estate, Business, Psychology or a related discipline would be beneficial.
