Role Description The AI/ML Engineer role in Dubai is a full-time, remote position focused on designing, developing, and deploying machine learning and AI solutions for diverse client projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching and implementing algorithms, building and training models (including neural networks), and optimizing them for accuracy, scalability, and performance. The role involves collaborating with product managers, designers, and developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions, integrating models into production systems, and monitoring their performance. The AI/ML Engineer will also work on data preprocessing, feature engineering, and evaluation, while maintaining clear documentation and contributing to code reviews and best practices. This position requires close coordination with global teams and proactive communication to deliver high-quality, client-centric AI solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, Algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning, including Pattern Recognition, Neural Networks, and model training and evaluation.
- Proficiency in Statistics and probability, with the ability to apply statistical methods to model validation and performance analysis.
- Experience with Python or similar programming languages, and common ML/AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Experience deploying ML models to production environments (cloud platforms, microservices, APIs) and optimizing for scalability and latency.
- Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, and working with structured and unstructured datasets.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently in a remote setup, and effective communication with cross-functional and global teams.
- Experience in building AI solutions for web and mobile applications or prior work in an agency/consulting environment is a plus.
