About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack & AI Automation Developer to build, improve, and maintain production applications that combine modern web development, cloud infrastructure, data integrations, automation, and AI-powered workflows.

The ideal candidate is an experienced software engineer who can take ownership of projects from requirements and architecture through development, deployment, and ongoing optimization. You should have strong software engineering fundamentals and practical experience building reliable applications around AI—not simply integrating an LLM API.

Key Responsibilities

* Build and enhance full-stack SaaS and internal business applications.

* Develop scalable backend services and REST APIs.

* Build modern web applications using React and/or Next.js.

* Integrate OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and other AI platforms.

* Design and implement RAG pipelines, AI agents, tool-calling workflows, and structured AI outputs.

* Develop AI-powered search using embeddings, vector databases, PostgreSQL/pgvector, Elasticsearch, or similar technologies.

* Build business process automations using Python, n8n, Make.com, APIs, and webhooks.

* Integrate third-party platforms including CRM, payment, Microsoft 365, Google, and other SaaS APIs.

* Design ETL/ELT pipelines and synchronize data across multiple systems.

* Deploy and maintain applications using AWS and/or Microsoft Azure.

* Implement Docker-based deployments, CI/CD, monitoring, logging, and secure secrets management.

* Review existing systems and improve performance, reliability, security, and scalability.

* Use AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar tools while maintaining high engineering standards.

* Work independently and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

* 7+ years of professional software development experience.

* Strong experience with Python and/or C#/.NET.

* Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills.

* Professional experience with React and/or Next.js.

* Strong experience developing REST APIs and integrating third-party services.

* Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQL.

* Experience with AWS and/or Microsoft Azure.

* Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

* Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs into production applications.

* Practical knowledge of prompt design, structured outputs, function/tool calling, and AI workflow orchestration.

* Strong debugging, system design, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical deliverables.

Preferred AI Experience

Experience with the following is highly valued:

* OpenAI API / Azure OpenAI

* Anthropic Claude

* LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks

* RAG architecture and document intelligence

* Embeddings and semantic search

* Vector databases / pgvector

* AI agents and multi-agent workflows

* Model evaluation and observability

* AI guardrails and hallucination mitigation

* MCP integrations

* AI automation using n8n or Make.com

Cloud & Data Experience

* Databricks

* Snowflake

* Elasticsearch

* Redis

* AWS Lambda, ECS/Fargate, S3, and RDS

* Azure Functions, App Service, Container Apps, and Azure AI services

* Terraform

* Kubernetes

* Event-driven architecture

* ETL/ELT pipelines

Security & Compliance Experience

Experience working with security-sensitive or regulated applications is a plus, including:

* HIPAA or healthcare applications

* SOC 2 environments

* Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)

* Encryption of sensitive data
