About the Role
CAFC is looking for a creative and driven Content Creator to help bring its mission to life across digital platforms. This is a role for someone who understands that great content does more than inform, it builds community, drives engagement, and positions an organisation as a credible voice in its field. As CAFC continues to grow its presence across social media, its website, and its member-facing platforms, you will be central to shaping how CAFC communicates with its global audience of financial crime professionals, regulators, institutions, and thought leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and produce engaging, high-quality content across CAFC's digital channels, including social media, website, newsletters, and member communications
- Write compelling copy for a range of formats like posts, articles, event promotions, certification campaigns, member spotlights, and industry commentary
- Translate complex financial crime, compliance, and regulatory topics into accessible, engaging content for a professional audience
- Support the planning and execution of CAFC's content calendar, ensuring a consistent and timely output across all platforms
- Collaborate with the editorial, events, membership, and certifications teams to create content that supports key campaigns and organisational priorities
- Monitor content performance across platforms, using insights to refine approach and improve engagement
- Stay current on trends and developments in financial crime, AML, sanctions, fraud, and compliance to ensure content remains relevant and credible
- Assist in the creation of visual content briefs, working alongside designers to produce assets that complement written copy
- Support the development of long-form content such as thought leadership pieces, white papers, and research summaries where required
- Maintain CAFC's tone of voice and brand standards consistently across all content outputs
Requirements
- Proven experience in a content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing role
- Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and style across different formats and audiences
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices, particularly LinkedIn
- Ability to translate technical or complex subject matter into clear, engaging content for a professional audience
- Experience managing or contributing to a content calendar in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with content management systems, email marketing platforms, and basic analytics tools
- A genuine interest in financial crime, compliance, regulation, or a related field
- Creative thinking paired with strong attention to detail and editorial standards
- Experience working with or within financial services, fintech, legal, or compliance organisations is an advantage
- A basic understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to content strategy is a plus
