We’re Hiring: Agentic Full-Stack Engineer

Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico

Experience: 3+ years

Employment: Full-time

About the Company

We’re working with an AI-native cybersecurity company building a Preemptive Exposure Management Platform that helps organizations understand their security exposure, identify which risks are actually exploitable, prioritize what needs to be fixed, and take action before attackers do.

The engineering team believes in building with AI agents and verifying with humans, with a strong focus on engineering quality, security, and end-to-end ownership.

About the Role

We’re looking for a high-agency software engineer who uses AI coding agents as a force multiplier.

You’ll design and ship full-stack features end-to-end, use AI to generate design specifications and boilerplate, and apply strong engineering judgment to review and refine the output before it reaches production.

You’ll also work on agentic workflows, automation pipelines, cloud-native SaaS services, APIs, data modelling, and microservices that support real-time threat intelligence.

What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years of experience building production SaaS applications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience

- Experience with public cloud - AWS preferred; GCP or Azure acceptable

- Strong understanding of containerization

- Experience with serverless architecture

- Experience with event-driven architecture

- Strong understanding of RESTful API design

- Hands-on, daily use of AI coding agents is a prerequisite

- Ability to critically review AI-generated code and specifications for hallucinations, security flaws, and architectural drift

- Experience using GenAI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT in day-to-day work

- Understanding of GenAI limitations, data sensitivity, and hallucination risks

- Familiarity with prompt engineering

- Comfort with agentic AI workflows and human-in-the-loop validation

- Awareness of AI security fundamentals such as prompt injection, data classification, and sandboxed execution

- Experience connecting GenAI tools with internal data, APIs, or enterprise systems

- Strong ownership, engineering judgment, and a security-first mindset

- Work closely with security researchers to translate vulnerability intelligence into platform capabilities

- Collaborate with teams across the US and India

Location & Work Requirements

- Must be based in or within commuting distance of Albuquerque, NM or San Jose, CA

- Must be legally authorized to work in the US without current or future employer sponsorship

- Successful completion of a background check is required

- Role requires 1–2 US evening meetings per week to coordinate with India-based teams.
