Key Tasks
- Lead and develop the team, including hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and professional growth.
- Manage task and resource allocation, prioritization, and day-to-day team operations.
- Track team performance, provide regular feedback, and ensure predictable delivery.
- Foster collaboration and continuous improvement, while proactively managing risks, blockers, and dependencies.
- Develop new user-facing features.
- Optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews and architecture decisions.
- Write functional tests.
Your Background
- 5+ years of active experience with PHP, with a strong understanding of the latest versions.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with Symfony Framework (3+ years).
- 2+ years of experience in a Team Lead / management position.
- Experience with API-based systems (REST, RPC).
- Significant experience with high-load databases.
- Experience with SQS/RabbitMQ or similar technologies.
- Experience with Redis/Memcache or similar technologies.
- Experience writing unit and functional tests.
- Experience with Docker configuration.
