AI開発本部の新チーム立ち上げメンバーとして、全社規模のAI開発能力の底上げを牽引できる非常にやりがいの大きいポジションです。豊富でリアルな大規模データを活用し、価値検証から本番実装・運用まで一気通貫で携わることができます。また、単一のプロダクトに閉じず、様々なチームと協働しながらAIエージェント開発やLLMOps、開発基盤の標準化など、横断的かつ幅広いテーマに取り組むことが可能です。

- 開発ライブラリ：PyTorch / scikit-learn / NumPy / pandas 等
- インフラ・クラウド：AWS / GCP / Azure 等
■必須スキル
- AIまたはMLソリューションの大規模な本番システムでの開発・リリース経験（実験から実装・デプロイまで）
- 機械学習フレームワークや主要ライブラリを用いた開発経験（目安3年以上）
- Webアプリケーション・APIの本番システム開発経験、およびAWS/GCP/Azure等のクラウド利用経験（目安3年以上）
- 機械学習モデルやLLMを用いたサービスの継続的運用経験、および品質・性能評価手法に関する理解

As a founding member of a new AI development team, you will play a pivotal role in elevating the AI capabilities of the entire organization. Leveraging rich, large-scale real data, you can engage in the full lifecycle of AI development—from value verification to production implementation and operation. This cross-functional role allows you to collaborate with various teams on broad themes, including AI agent development, LLMOps, and the standardization of development infrastructure, rather than being confined to a single product.

■ Minimum Requirements
- Experience in developing and releasing AI/ML solutions in large-scale production systems (from experimentation to deployment).
- 3+ years of experience using ML frameworks and major libraries (PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.).
- 3+ years of experience in production-level Web application/API development and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience in the continuous operation of services using ML models/LLMs, and an understanding of quality/performance evaluation metrics.
■ Preferred Qualifications
- Experience implementing ML pipelines, MLOps, or LLMOps.
- Engineering management experience (recruitment, evaluation, placement, etc.).
