About the Role:
We are looking for a highly adaptable, hands-on AI Search & Website Organic Growth Manager to improve how customers discover, experience and convert through our websites.

Key Responsibilities:
AI Search Optimisation
- Improve visibility across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot.
- Ensure AI content discovery, entity recognition, and content structuring.
- Optimise schema, AI‑friendly formats, and E‑E‑A‑T signals.
- Monitor AI search mentions, run visibility audits, track generative trends, and drive experimentation.
SEO & Growth
- Own SEO strategy across technical, on‑page, content, authority.
- Conduct keyword research, build roadmap, and target rankings & traffic.
- Run audits, improve architecture, and manage content actions.
- Drive authority building, monitor algorithms, and translate data into impact.
Website Execution
- Collaborate cross‑team, optimise pages, refine CTAs.
- Provide dev briefs, support QA, and improve customer journeys.
- Enhance speed & UX, act on feedback, remove friction, and ensure completion standards.
CRO & Testing
- Plan, brief, execute, and review CRO across homepage, product, category, landing, cart, checkout, CTAs, pricing, trust signals.
- Turn data into hypotheses, launch tests, measure, and iterate improvements.
Technical SEO
- Own technical health: audits, crawl/indexation, architecture, linking, sitemaps, robots, canonicals, redirects, schema, duplicates, broken links, speed, Core Web Vitals, mobile usability.
- Review migrations, redesigns, URL changes, staging, and releases for SEO impact.
Content Optimisation
- Create SEO briefs, improve content for intent, identify new opportunities.
- Strengthen headings, internal linking, topical authority, and E‑E‑A‑T.
- Review AI‑generated content for accuracy, originality, and human quality.
Website Quality
- Review changes pre/post deployment, validate analytics, escalate issues.
- Monitor speed, Core Web Vitals, and audit high‑revenue pages for UX friction.
Performance & Reporting
- Build reporting workflows, analyse traffic, conversion, revenue.
- Translate data into clear actions, track CRO, SEO, AI visibility.
- Communicate results and prioritise work by commercial impact.

3. CRO & Conversion Improvement
- Maintain a clear CRO roadmap.
- Launch or support regular CRO experiments.
- Maintain hypothesis, result and recommendation for important tests.
- Improve key website metrics including conversion rate, add-to-cart/start-purchase rate, revenue per session, click-through rate, bounce/engagement rate and checkout completion.
- Improve conversion on priority tour/product and landing pages.
4. SEO & Technical Optimisation
- Improve rankings for priority commercial searches.
- Optimise high-priority pages every month.
- Resolve major technical SEO issues.
- Improve metadata, internal linking, headings, indexation, schema and content.
- Improve organic revenue contribution over time.
- Maintain a clear prioritised technical SEO roadmap.
5. Site Speed, UX & Website Performance
- Improve Core Web Vitals across priority pages.
- Improve mobile website performance.
- Reduce unnecessary page weight and slow-loading elements.
- Audit priority revenue-driving pages regularly.
- Identify UX and conversion friction.
- Ensure new website changes do not negatively affect site speed or usability.

Requirements
- 5–10+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, organic growth, website optimisation or a related field.
- Strong understanding of SEO and Technical SEO.
- Hands-on understanding of GEO / AI Search / Generative Search Optimisation.
- Understanding of how Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and other AI-search platforms discover and present information.
- Strong knowledge of keyword research and search intent.
- Experience improving organic traffic, rankings, conversions or revenue.
- Strong experience with Google Search Console and GA4.
- Experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO and website architecture.
- Experience with schema and structured data.
- Understanding of Core Web Vitals and website performance.
- Experience in CRO, UX, customer journey or website optimisation.
- Strong understanding of AI tools and how to apply them in real business workflows.
- Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity.
- Ability to brief developers, designers and content teams clearly.
- Experience working with developers on website deployment, QA and technical issues.
- Strong project ownership and delivery discipline.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing quality.
- Ability to turn strategy into execution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-expectation environment.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Experience building reports, dashboards, SOPs or workflow automations.
Experience with tools such as GTM, Looker Studio, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, Figma, Notion, n8n, Zapier or Make would be an advantage.

- Social Media Marketing or management
You may collaborate with the Performance Marketing team where landing pages, website journeys, CRO or analytics overlap, but paid acquisition remains a separate function.
