Must Have Skills: Tech BA with 10+ years of experience and minimum of 5+ years of BA experience in Payment’s domain to bridge business requirements and technical implementation across payment systems, and data mapping.
Detailed Job Description
Key Skills Needed:
• Ability to interpret complex payment data flows
• Experience with data mapping between JSON structures, event streams, and databases
• Understanding of payment systems (NPP, RTGS, SWIFT)
• Strong requirements-gathering and documentation skills
• Ability to map business requirements into technical field-level specifications
• Experience with data lineage and data triage
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Stakeholder management skills
AI & Tooling Skills:
• Familiarity with AI Tools like M365 Copilot
• Experience leveraging AI tools for data analysis, e.g. M365 Copilot for Excel/data analysis
• Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
