We are looking for an experienced Ad Specialist – Sales to drive advertising revenue across the Spanish market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advertising, digital media, or AdTech sales and proven experience managing clients and growing revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, develop, and close advertising opportunities in the Spanish market.
- Manage and grow a Book of Business (BoB) while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Build and manage sales pipelines and meet revenue targets.
- Present advertising solutions and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Use Salesforce (SFDC) for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
- Work with agencies, brands, advertisers, and media buyers across Spain.
Requirements
- 3+ years of advertising, digital media, AdTech, or media sales experience.
- Fluent Spanish and English – mandatory.
- Proven quota-carrying sales and revenue-generation experience.
- Strong Spanish-market advertising ecosystem knowledge.
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel within Spain and Europe as required.
Preferred: Experience in audio, streaming, programmatic, digital media, or AdTech
