Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, the Lead, Campus Programs is the heartbeat of our global early talent strategy — driving end-to-end execution, student engagement, and day-to-day delivery across the full student lifecycle.
In this role, you will own campus recruitment and programming across Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom and Singapore, partnering with hiring managers, HR Business Partners,post-secondary schools, student associations and community partners to bring exceptional early talent into OMERS and Oxford.

You will be responsible for:
Global Student Recruitment
- Leading recruitment strategy and full-cycle hiring for student roles across Canada, New York, London and Singapore, aligned to each region’s academic calendar and recruitment timelines.
- Guiding recruiters through three annual Canadian hiring cycles (Winter,Summer and Fall), keeping the team on track against timelines andmaintaining the recruitment tracker.
- Embedding inclusive hiring practices and partnerships to broaden diverse talentpipelines, and driving conversion of high-performing students into full-time hires.
Programming& Student Experience
- Planning and delivering onboarding, offboarding, workshops,socials and learning curriculum, supported by the Student Engagement Committee.
- Designing and coordinating global campus events and external recruitment events with schools and student associations to build brand awareness and presence.
Stakeholder Management& Reporting
- Serving as the trusted advisor to hiring managers, HRBPs and business leaders on student hiring,timelines and program expectations.
- Partnering with global TA colleagues through regular UK,Singapore and New York touchpoints.
- Maintaining program reporting, referraltrackers and quarterly updates
Required Skills& Experience
- Experience in campus, earlytalent or student program management within a large, matrixed organization.
- Demonstrated ability to run full-cycle recruitment independently, including intake, sourcing, assessment, offer management and closing.
- Proven program management skills — planning,sequencing and delivering multiple concurrent recruitment cycles and events against fixed external deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence toadvise senior leaders and hold hiring teams to timelines.
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills, with sound judgment and a high standard of candidate and hiring manager experience.
Preferred Skills& Experience
- Exposure to global or multi-region recruitment, including familiarity with international student work eligibility considerations.
- Experience building andmaintaining relationships with universities, student associations or community and DEI-focused partner organizations.
- Familiarity with Workday andPhenom forcandidatetracking andmanagementpurposes
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources,Business or a related field; CHRP/CHRL designationconsidered an asset.
- Experience designing orfacilitating student events,workshops or learning programming.

The expected salary range for this position is $86,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year, prorated based on the term of the contract.
You may also be eligible to receive an annual Incentive Award pursuant to our Short-term Incentive plan and our Long-Term Incentive plan (if applicable), and to participate in our group benefits and retirement plans – details on these elements of compensation are included within OMERS& Oxford offer letters.
