- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the GCC or Middle East region.
- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, job boards, and professional networking platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
