What’s a typical day as Recruiter II? You’ll be:
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer support, and closing candidates.
- Handling 10+ active requisitions simultaneously while maintaining high candidate quality.
- Partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders to develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Building and maintaining strong pipelines of engineering and technical talent through proactive sourcing and networking.
- Utilizing sourcing tools and recruiting platforms to identify both passive and active candidates.
- Maintaining accurate candidate records in ATS platforms.
- Collaborating with HR on job creation, offer negotiations, and onboarding processes.
