Requirements
- Experienced Amdocs Helix Administrator with 5+ years of experience in application/platform administration and proven expertise in Amdocs Helix upgrades, migrations, and platform support.
- Responsible for administering and maintaining the Amdocs Helix platform in production, ensuring platform stability, performance, and availability.
- Administer, maintain, and support the Amdocs Helix platform in production environments.
- Lead and execute platform upgrades, patch installations, and version migrations with minimal service disruption.
- Perform system configuration, platform health monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for complex platform and integration issues.
- Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and vendor teams to resolve incidents and maintain platform stability.
- Develop and maintain upgrade plans, implementation procedures, rollback strategies, and technical documentation.
- Follow established incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Strong hands-on experience as an Amdocs Helix Administrator.
- Proven experience with Helix upgrades, migrations, and patch management.
- Good knowledge of Linux/Unix administration, database concepts, and application support.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across platform and integration issues.
- Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with technical teams.
- Experience working in telecom environments.
- Knowledge of Shell/Python scripting and automation.
