About the Role
We're looking for an ADMS/OMS Consultant to support utility clients implementing and optimizing Advanced Distribution Management Systems and Outage Management Systems. You'll work at the center of grid modernization programs, helping utilities move from legacy distribution operations to integrated, real-time situational awareness platforms.

Partner with distribution operations, engineering, and IT teams to translate business requirements into system configuration and workflow design. Support integration between ADMS/OMS and GIS, SCADA, AMI, and mobile workforce management systems. Participate in system testing, cutover planning, and go-live support for ADMS/OMS deployments. Develop training materials and provide end-user support during rollout. Troubleshoot data and connectivity issues between ADMS/OMS and upstream/downstream systems.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 4+ years of experience with ADMS and/or OMS platforms in a utility environment. Understanding of distribution network modeling, switching, and outage management processes. Experience working directly with utility operations or engineering stakeholders. Strong documentation and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with a specific ADMS platform (OSI Monarch, GE PowerOn, Survalent, Schneider ADMS). Familiarity with GIS-based network models and CIM data standards. Knowledge of NERC CIP and utility OT security practices. Consulting or client-facing project experience.
What We Offer
