Responsibilities
- Automated Requirements & Feedback Processing
- Automatically organize product requirements, user feedback, and various product documents into structured knowledge assets.
- Document & Solution Generation
- Assist in generating PRDs, technical design documents, test cases, release notes, and other standardized deliverables to improve quality and efficiency.
- Knowledge Base & Intelligent Q&A
- Develop internal knowledge base systems or intelligent Q&A tools to help teams quickly retrieve historical decisions and technical expertise.
- AI-Assisted Development
- Leverage AI tools for coding, code review, issue diagnosis, and performance optimization.
- Automation of Repetitive Work
- Identify and automate repetitive tasks across product, development, and testing processes to free up human resources.
- Custom Tool Development
- Flexibly develop other AI-powered utilities (e.g., data cleaning, log analysis, auto-labeling) based on actual team pain points.
Requirements
- Coding Ability
- Solid hands-on coding experience, with the ability to independently complete a project from requirement analysis to a working deliverable.
- Programming Languages
- Proficiency in at least one of Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Go, with practical project experience.
- AI Coding Tools
- Familiarity with at least one AI-assisted development tool such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or GitHub Copilot, and the ability to use it effectively to boost productivity.
Nice-to-Have
- A GitHub project (open source or private) that demonstrates code quality, project structure, or problem-solving skills.
