Job Description
- Lead and conduct internal audit activities based on approved audit plans and assignments.
- Lead audit teams in inspecting units, sections, estates, and mills.
- Conduct interviews, confirmations, and verification with relevant parties.
- Review audit working papers and ensure audit findings are properly supported and documented.
- Prepare and review draft audit findings and internal audit reports.
- Follow up on audit findings and monitor corrective actions.
- Identify operational, financial, and compliance risks and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related fields), experience in oil palm plantation/mill operations (is a MUST!).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in internal audit, preferably with experience in plantation/agri-business.
- Previous experience leading or supervising an audit team.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Good understanding of SAP and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical, communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team.
- Willing to travel extensively to estates, mills, and other sites, including inter-island travel.
- Work location: Pekanbaru, Riau.
