Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Lending and Payments domain knowledge to work with business and technology teams on financial services projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand Lending and Payments processes.
- Prepare BRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Coordinate with business, product, and technology teams.
- Support UAT, testing, and implementation activities.
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
- Manage communication with German-speaking stakeholders.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Banking/Financial Services.
- Strong experience in Lending and Payments.
- Good understanding of banking/financial processes.
- Experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and SDLC.
- Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.
- German language proficiency – B2/C1 or above preferred.
- Good English communication skills.
