We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer with a strong track record of adapting to modern technologies and delivering robust, enterprise-level software solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting scalable applications using C#, modern .NET, Blazor, and Microsoft Azure.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with an architectural mindset and a commitment to writing clean, secure, maintainable, and reusable code. Experience working on enterprise applications, taking ownership of technical decisions, and providing guidance to other developers will be highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using C#, .NET Core, and Blazor, including both Blazor Server and Blazor WebAssembly.
- Develop responsive, modular, and reusable front-end components using Fluent UI or MudBlazor, with a strong focus on usability and performance.
- Design and implement scalable back-end APIs and services using ASP.NET Core and established clean architecture practices.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization solutions using Azure B2C.
- Manage application file storage and secure file-processing workflows using Azure Blob Storage.
- Utilize Entity Framework Core for database interaction, including complex LINQ queries, ORM implementation, and database migrations.
- Design request and processing workflows using CQRS and MediatR.
- Implement comprehensive audit trails, exception handling, application logging, and security controls.
- Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, covering automated builds, testing, releases, and deployments.
- Work closely with UI/UX teams, QA engineers, product owners, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing development practices and technical architecture.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
- Contribute to development standards, code reviews, technical documentation, and engineering best practices.
Technical Expertise
- 7+ years of overall software development experience.
- At least 5+ years of hands-on experience with modern .NET technologies.
- Advanced proficiency in C# and .NET Core.
- Strong practical knowledge of ASP.NET Core for API and server-side application development.
- Extensive experience with Blazor, including both Blazor Server and Blazor WebAssembly (WASM).
- Strong understanding of component-driven UI architecture, including component design and lifecycle management.
- Experience developing reusable UI components using Fluent UI or MudBlazor.
- Solid knowledge of Entity Framework Core, including LINQ, ORM concepts, database migrations, and data-access patterns.
- Practical experience with Microsoft Azure services, particularly:
- Azure B2C – authentication and authorization
- Azure Blob Storage – file storage and management
- Azure DevOps – source control, CI/CD, build and release automation
- Hands-on understanding of MediatR and CQRS.
- Strong knowledge of secure development practices, application logging, audit mechanisms, exception handling, and secure file-processing workflows.
- Experience developing and maintaining enterprise-scale applications.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to learn, evaluate, and adopt evolving technologies.
- Experience contributing to open-source projects or developer communities is desirable.
- Proven experience taking on technical leadership responsibilities, including mentoring, decision-making, or leading development initiatives.
