About the Role
We are seeking a Data and AI Governance professional to join our growing advisory practice at the Senior Consultant level.
This is an opportunity to work with leading organisations across a broad range of industries, helping clients strengthen their data governance, data risk management, privacy, and emerging AI governance capabilities.
You will play a key role in delivering complex advisory engagements, partnering with senior stakeholders to design and implement governance frameworks, uplift risk and compliance capabilities, and support organisations navigating the evolving landscape of Responsible AI.
We are particularly interested in candidates currently working within consulting environments who understand how to manage competing client priorities, navigate complex stakeholder environments, and deliver high-quality outcomes in fast-paced settings.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver Data and AI governance and risk management engagements across a diverse client portfolio.
- Advise clients on enterprise governance frameworks, governance operating models, policies, standards, and controls.
- Conduct governance maturity assessments, gap assessments, audits, and remediation planning activities using recognised frameworks and standards.
- Support clients through regulatory and compliance uplift initiatives relating to data management, privacy, and AI governance obligations.
- Develop and review governance policies, standards, procedures, and control frameworks.
- Support clients in navigating evolving regulatory obligations and industry standards relating to data and AI governance.
- Apply recognised frameworks and standards including DAMA DMBoK, NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, privacy frameworks, and applicable AI governance principles.
What We’re Looking For
- Exposure to Data and/or AI governance and compliance frameworks.
- Experience supporting clients with privacy, regulatory, or compliance uplift initiatives.
- Experience working within a consulting firm.
- Strong stakeholder management and client engagement capability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across concurrent engagements
- A proactive, self-starting mindset with strong delivery capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
