MFI (Bermuda) Limited is an entity linked to mF International Limited (Nasdaq: MFI), which applied for a Bermuda Class IILT Insurance License through Bermuda Monetary Authority to launch a digital asset-denominated insurance business. As part of our ongoing expansion, we are looking to appoint a Hong Kong based Human Resources Manager who combines a strong understanding of financial services industry with hands-on experience in human resources management.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for all-round HR functions including recruitment, C&B, and performance management etc.
- Prepare and maintain accurate employee records, offers, contracts, and related documentation, ensuring data integrity and timely updates across the employee lifecycle.
- Oversee monthly payroll processing, including salary, allowances, statutory deductions, and off-cycle payments, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Administer statutory filings and contributions in compliance with Hong Kong: MPF, IRD, Employment Ordinance requirements.
- Assist in the administration of probation reviews, contract amendments, internal transfers, and other employment changes, including preparation of relevant letters and HR policies updates.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities such as team-building events and wellness programs.
- Prepare and submit the working visa documentation and procedures for employee secondments, transfers, and new hires.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and provide support on other HR tasks as required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or above; a background in human resources management or a related field is preferred.
- Practical hands-on exposure as an HR Executive or HR Generalist covering multiple functions before stepping into leadership.
- Extensive, up-to-date knowledge of local employment laws and labor regulations (e.g., the Employment Ordinance, MPF, and taxation rules in Hong Kong).
- Proficiency with HR Information Systems (HRIS), data analytics tools, and standard office applications (MS Excel, Word) for tracking workforce.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Self-motivated, proactive, be meticulous, work independently. Be responsible with a strong sense of confidentiality and commitment.
