We’re looking for an Investment Expert / Wealth Advisor to convert qualified inbound leads into long-term clients through consultative conversations and trust-building.

🚫 𝗡𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴!

You’ll work with prospects who are already interested in financial advice and own the journey from discovery call to signed onboarding.

🎯 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Conduct inbound discovery calls & understand client goals

• Own the complete conversion journey

• Handle objections and follow up consistently

• Conduct financial need assessments

• Explain the advisory proposition clearly

• Re-engage dropped leads and reduce funnel drop-offs

• Maintain CRM/pipeline records and share client insights

👤 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

✅ 2–5 years in Wealth Management / Financial Advisory / Bancassurance / Fintech Sales

✅ Consultative sales & client conversion experience

✅ Strong financial understanding of SIPs, asset allocation & investment objectives

✅ Excellent communication and listening skills

✅ Strong follow-up & pipeline management

✅ Comfortable discussing client finances and goals

✅ High ownership and ability to work in a high-volume environment

⭐ Good to Have:NISM V-A, HNI/Mass-Affluent experience, CRM experience
