Job Title: Interior Site Supervisor
Location: Based in Mumbai (Must be ready to work at sites outside Mumbai)
Experience: 4 to 5 Years
Working Days: Monday to Sunday
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Interior Site Supervisor to manage interior fit-out projects. The candidate must be capable of independently handling site work, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met. Flexibility to work 7 days a week and travel outside Mumbai is required.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily on-site interior work and workforce
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and clients
- Maintain project timelines and ensure quality control
- Report progress to project managers and stakeholders
- Ensure safety and compliance at the site
- Read and understand drawings, BOQs, and site instructions
- Manage material delivery and site logistics
- Travel to and manage outstation project sites as needed

Requirements:
- 4 to 5 years of interior site supervision experience
- Strong knowledge of materials and execution processes
- Able to handle site independently
- Willing to travel and work outside Mumbai
- Comfortable working Monday to Sunday as per project needs
- Good communication and team-handling skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
