Mandatory Requirements
- Generative AI Expertise: Proven experience in LLMs, advanced Prompt Engineering, and the design of Agentic & Multi-Agent Systems.
- Client Management: Demonstrated ability to understand and translate Japanese customer requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Mobility: Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites for face-to-face engagements.
- Technical Proficiencies (Core)
- Deep understanding of LLM architectures and fine-tuning strategies.
- Experience with Agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI).
Nice to Have (Preferred)
- Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure AI services.
- Computer Vision: Knowledge of CV integration within multimodal AI pipelines.
- Machine Learning: Strong foundation in traditional ML and data science.
- Process Excellence: Strong knowledge of SDLC or Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Project Management: Experience leading teams and managing day-to-day activities to hit critical milestones.
- Methodologies: Comfort working in both Waterfall and Agile delivery models.
Job Responsibilities
- AI Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and optimize advanced GenAI solutions, specifically focusing on Agentic workflows and Multi-Agent Systems to automate complex technical tasks.
- Bilingual Client Engagement: Collaborate directly with Japanese stakeholders to elicit business requirements and translate them into robust technical architectures.
- Strategic Integration: Seamlessly embed GenAI tools within existing SDLC and QMS frameworks to ensure high-quality, compliant deliverables.
- Technical Leadership: Manage project teams, oversee daily task execution, and ensure the successful delivery of technical milestones in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
- On-Site Consulting: Attend customer meetings at client sites to provide expert technical guidance, project updates, and strategic recommendations.
- Documentation: Produce high-quality technical documentation and presentations in both English and Japanese.
