Key Role Accountabilities
● Facilities Management and Maintenance: Ensures the office space is well maintained, cleaned and organized.
● Engagement & Connection: Drives community engagement and fosters a sense of belonging among client population and with the client ecosystem. Lead onboarding, offboarding, and transfer activities for new starters, exits, and transfers.
● Events: Partner with functions, communities, and DEC to conceive and execute meetings, events, and experiences.
● Change & Comms: Support internal communications and functions with change management activities and logistics/channels for messaging. Maintain and update facility knowledge management in central to support people with accurate information about the office.
● Health & Safety: Manage local health, safety, and emergency response protocols, addressing identified hazards and leading local working groups and committees.
● Physical Security: Oversee physical security measures, manage relationships with Infosec and Legal, and contribute to local certifications and uplift activities. Manages access controls for employees and guests.
● Travel: Provide insights into country-specific implementations of the Global Travel Program.
● Procurement & Office Services: Source and manage suppliers to provide amenities and services for the office at a country level balancing lenses across DEISSC and commercial outcomes.
● Real Estate: Own and build relationships with local building management, overseeing real estate matters. Contributes to office moves, refreshes, build outs, closures through project and stakeholder management and planning activities.
● Sustainability: Implement sustainability initiatives in the office. Track and report on sustainability metrics and compliance with environmental regulations.
● Budget Management: Manages the budget for office operations in conjunction with the leader, including expenses related to maintenance, supply and services. Analyses ways to have cost-efficiency.
