Sales Executive – Mid-Market, EMEA (Remote)
AIVA Revolution | Remote, within or close to your assigned European territory.
Win ambitious hospitality groups. Establish regional reference customers. Build AIVA's next European market.
About AIVA
AIVA is the AI-powered operating system for modern hospitality. We bring guest communications, bookings, CRM, payments, campaigns, knowledge, employees and operations together into one intelligent platform — helping hospitality businesses deliver exceptional service at scale and drive stronger performance.
We're a lean, hands-on, AI-first team, and this role is a chance to build something from the ground up: not manage an existing patch, but establish AIVA in a priority European market.
The Role
As Sales Executive for one assigned cluster (Southern Europe; Benelux & Nordics; or France, DACH & Central Europe), you'll own the full mid-market sales cycle — from self-generated pipeline through to close — and become the person who puts AIVA on the map in your territory.
You'll report to Daniel Banks, Director of Sales, GTM & Channel, and work closely with Product, Marketing, Partners and Customer Delivery to turn regional insight into action.
What You'll Do
• Own a European territory — build the market plan, priority account list, pipeline, customer relationships and commercial forecast for your assigned cluster.
• Create qualified pipeline — combine targeted outbound prospecting, account planning, events, referrals and partner activity to reach senior hospitality decision-makers.
• Lead the full sales cycle — discovery, multi-stakeholder demonstrations, solution design, proposals, negotiation and commercial close.
• Sell through operational value — uncover fragmentation across guest communications, bookings, CRM, payments and operations, then connect AIVA's platform to measurable business priorities.
• Localise the sales motion — adapt messaging, demonstrations and follow-up to regional language, buying behaviour and hospitality segments.
• Build regional credibility — win lighthouse customers, secure references and identify local partners who accelerate trust and pipeline.
• Forecast accurately — maintain clean CRM data, realistic close dates and a dependable weekly view of territory performance.
• Feed the EMEA playbook — share customer requirements, objections, competitor insight and localisation needs with Product, Marketing and Customer Delivery.
What You'll Bring
• At least 5 years' B2B SaaS or technology sales experience, including closing mid-market opportunities through a full, self-generated sales cycle.
• A track record of developing a territory, region or new market — not just managing established inbound demand.
• Confidence selling to owners, founders, general managers, commercial leaders and technology stakeholders.
• Professional working fluency in English and at least one relevant European language.
• Structured discovery, qualification, demonstration, account planning, negotiation and multi-stakeholder deal-management skills.
• The judgement to sell a broad platform through operational and commercial value, without overwhelming the customer.
• A hands-on, entrepreneurial approach suited to an early-stage commercial team where regional playbooks are still being built.
Nice to Have
• Experience selling into hotels, venues, restaurants, resorts or other hospitality operators.
• Existing hospitality relationships or partner networks in Southern Europe, Benelux/Nordics, or France/DACH/Central Europe.
• Fluency in French, German, Dutch, Spanish or Italian.
• Familiarity with PMS, CRM, booking, payments or hospitality operations technology.
• Experience opening a new country or building through consulting/implementation partners.
• Practical use of AI and automation to improve research, outreach and sales productivity.
What You Can Expect
• Remote working, ideally within or close to your assigned territory.
• Base salary and performance-related commission; indicative £100,000–£120,000 OTE depending on experience.
• The opportunity to sell one intelligent platform solving real hospitality challenges.
• Equity may be available for exceptional candidates.
• Significant autonomy to shape a priority European market and its local sales playbook.
• Outstanding scope to grow your responsibility and career as AIVA scales across EMEA.
How to Apply

If this role fits your strengths but you don't meet every point, we'd still like to hear from you.
