山形県東根市に生産拠点を持つグローバルメーカーにて、日英バイリンガルのプロジェクトサポート職を1名募集しております。
【業務内容】
・Excelを使用したデータ整備・照合・集計（SAP関連の基幹データ業務のサポート）
・現地の日本人担当者とグローバルプロジェクトチームをつなぐ窓口業務
・会議資料の準備、議事録作成、進捗フォロー
・プロジェクト文書の管理、データ不整合の確認と関係部署との調整
【応募要件】
・日本語：ネイティブレベル
・英語：業務で使用できるレベル（グローバルチームとのやり取りが日常的に発生します）
・Excelでの実務経験（データ入力・集計・照合）
・山形県東根市への通勤が可能な方（山形市・天童市・寒河江市からの通勤も歓迎）
【歓迎要件（必須ではありません）】
・SAPまたは他のERP（Oracle、Dynamics、OBIC、SuperStream等）の使用経験
・マスタデータ管理、データ移行プロジェクトへの参加経験
・社内システム導入時のキーユーザー経験
※SAPコンサルタントとしての専門知識は必要ありません。

【東根市について】
山形新幹線「さくらんぼ東根駅」があり、東京まで直通で約3時間。市内には山形空港もあり、東京・大阪・札幌・名古屋への便が就航しています。

Bilingual Project Support Specialist (Japanese / English) — Higashine, Yamagata
Permanent or 1-year contract — your choice.
We are recruiting on behalf of a global manufacturer with a production site in Higashine, Yamagata.
What you will do
・Data preparation, validation and consolidation in Excel, supporting SAP-related master data activities
・Act as the communication point between the local Japanese team and the global project team
・Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, track action items and follow up with stakeholders
・Manage project documentation, identify data discrepancies and coordinate their resolution
Requirements
・Japanese: native level
・English: business level — you will work with the global team daily
・Hands-on Excel experience (data entry, consolidation, validation)
・Able to work on-site in Higashine (commuting from Yamagata City, Tendo or Sagae is welcome)
Nice to have — not required
・Experience with SAP or another ERP (Oracle, Dynamics, OBIC, SuperStream)
・Master data management or data migration project experience
・Key user experience on a system implementation
Full SAP consultancy expertise is NOT required.
Terms
・JPY 5,000,000 – 6,000,000
・Permanent or 1-year fixed-term contract — whichever suits you

About the location
Higashine has a Yamagata Shinkansen stop (Sakurambo-Higashine) with direct service to Tokyo in around three hours, and Yamagata Airport is in the city itself.
