As a Blue Team Analyst, you will execute daily investigations on products of certain categories across multiple e-commerce platforms, log findings in trackers, identify patterns from the results, and support weekly reviews with the project owner. The role is execution-heavy and suits someone who is a detail-oriented operator with e-commerce research, moderation, or benchmarking experience, and who can work with speed, accuracy, and sound judgment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily investigations across e-commerce platforms to identify products within target categories.
- Use defined search logic, keyword variants, and loophole patterns to surface relevant listings.
- Maintain a database of identified products and their information.
- Monitor recurring themes, patterns and trends across platforms and categories.
- Prepare concise written summaries of findings, insights, and open questions for weekly project reviews.
- Join weekly syncs with the project owner to walk through findings and support follow-up actions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1+ years of experience in operations, e-commerce, marketplace moderation, QA, research, or compliance support.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to review large volumes of listings quickly and accurately.
- Strong written English and the ability to produce clear notes and weekly summaries.
- Comfort working in spreadsheets or trackers and following defined operating procedures.
- Ability to work independently, manage repetitive daily execution, and maintain output quality over time.
- Availability to support a full-time daily investigation cadence and a weekly reporting rhythm.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Background in trust and safety, content moderation, or seller and listing audits.
- Strong pattern recognition and analytical skills to turn raw investigation results into trends and actionable insights.
- Experience preparing stakeholder-ready tracker updates, summaries, or weekly reports.
- Additional European market knowledge or language capability is a plus - namely Italian, Spanish, German or French.
