Lead profiles: Up to 10 years of overall experience, with at least 2 years of leadership experience
Key Skills / Profile
- Experience leading one or more project/workstreams.
- Strong ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience structuring and managing the team's work end-to-end.
- Ability to provide guidance and direction to consulting teams.
- Ownership and accountability for the quality of deliverables.
- Leadership experience, ideally at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Hands-on profile with the ability to balance execution, coordination, and stakeholder management.
