One of our organization is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant / Paralegal – Criminal Law to support attorneys with criminal law matters and daily legal operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting New Jersey criminal matters, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities.
Client-Mandated Requirements
- Verifiable New Jersey criminal law experience – REQUIRED
- Spanish bilingual – REQUIRED
- Prior experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal supporting criminal law matters
- Must be able to work independently, multitask, and take initiative
- Microsoft Word proficiency – REQUIRED
- Must be available to work full-time, 5 days/week onsite in Livingston, NJ
- No hybrid or remote option
- Candidates without verifiable New Jersey criminal law experience will NOT be considered
