As an AI-powered digital financial platform registered and supervised by OJK, we go beyond basic tracking by blending high-yield digital savings, intelligent expense tracking, and personalised financial insights into a seamless, modern app experience.
In this role, you will bridge Product Design and Product Management, shaping end-to-end digital financial products enhanced by artificial intelligence.
What You Will Do
- Own the complete product lifecycle: product discovery, strategy, UX research, interaction/visual design, delivery, and post-launch iteration.
- Author clear product documentation, including PRDs, functional requirements, user flows, and product specifications.
- Leverage AI capabilities, track use cases, and design around technical limitations to build smart financial experiences.
- Build rapid AI-assisted prototypes and experiment with vibe coding to test ideas early and speed up validation.
- Analyze product data and user insights to drive strategic, data-informed product decisions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional startup teams and align diverse stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer with strong Product Management hybrid capabilities.
- Deep domain experience in Fintech and a solid understanding of digital financial products.
- Strong proficiency across product thinking, user research, interaction design, and visual execution.
- Hands-on experience creating AI-assisted prototypes and leveraging modern AI workflows.
- Ability to translate raw data into actionable UX and feature improvements.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- High adaptability and comfort working hands-on in a fast-paced startup environment.
Location BSD, Tangerang (On-site / Hybrid as applicable)
