Growing Charlotte law firm with strong team culture and top notch benefits is seeking an experienced litigation paralegal with 3+ years of plaintiff's personal injury litigation experience. Candidates must have excellent verbal communication and writing skills, strong attention to detail and ability to interact with clients and be a team player.

Primary duties include:
- Assisting and handling all cases in litigation
- Drafting and filing complaints and related paperwork
- All aspects of discovery
- Maintaining litigation calendar and scheduling
- Assisting with motion, arbitration, mediation and trial preparation
- Writing and medical summaries and trial notebooks
Candidates must possess:
- Significant NC and/or SC plaintiff’s personal injury litigation experience
- Ability to handle sensitive matters on a confidential basis
- A high degree of initiative, mature judgment, and discretion
- Ability to resolve conflicts and empathize with clients is critical
- High level organization and time management skills
- Ability to accomplish results and meet goals
- Self-management skills and the ability to hit the ground running
- Attention to detail
- Above average typing skills (50+ words per minute)
