In your day-to-day, you will ππΌ
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Figma-related questions and support requests from internal stakeholders, agencies, and external partners
- Troubleshoot user issues related to access, permissions, libraries, workspaces, file organization, prototypes, and collaboration workflows
- Develop and maintain training materials, quick-reference guides, FAQs, and best practice documentation
- Facilitate live training sessions, office hours, and knowledge-sharing workshops
- Support administration of Figma workspaces, teams, permissions, and shared libraries
- Assist with periodic audits of workspace structure, permissions, and usage
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across teams and agency partners
- Track and report on support requests, training needs, and adoption trends
Skills you have π
- 3+ years of experience in Design Operations, User Support, Customer Success, Training, or a related support-focused role
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Figma, including file management, libraries, permissions, prototyping, and collaboration features
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable supporting both technical and non-technical users
- Experience creating training materials, guides, and enablement content
- Strong stakeholder management and customer-service mindset
Skills that will make you stand out π₯
- Experience supporting enterprise Figma environments
- Knowledge of UX/UI design processes and digital product development workflows
- Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and governance practices
- Experience supporting agency and vendor collaboration models
- Knowledge of Jira/Azure DevOps, Confluence/SharePoint, or related collaboration tools
- Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or highly regulated industries
