Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
- Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting to executive leadership.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment and optimize go-to-market strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role (e.g., VP of Sales, Director of Sales).
- Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving significant revenue growth.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies and managing P&Ls.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and develop talent.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, CRM systems, and sales analytics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively at the executive level.
