Evoke Technologies is looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of hands-on functional experience implementing, supporting, and optimizing Oracle E-Business Suite SCM modules, with strong, mandatory expertise across Order Management, Procurement, and Inventory. Exposure to Manufacturing, ASCP, WMS, and Oracle Fusion SCM will be a strong plus. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, functional and technical teams, and offshore/onshore delivery teams to design and deliver robust supply chain solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Order Management, Procurement, and Inventory processes, translating them into functional design documents (BR100/BRD/FDD).
- Configure and support Oracle EBS SCM modules (OM, Procurement, Inventory) to meet business requirements, including setups, workflows, and approval hierarchies.
- Lead or support end-to-end implementation, rollout, upgrade, and enhancement projects across Oracle EBS SCM modules.
- Perform fit-gap analysis, prepare functional specifications for RICEFW objects, and coordinate with technical teams for development and testing.
- Conduct CRP (Conference Room Pilots), SIT, UAT sessions, and support go-live and hypercare/post-production activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, production support tickets, and month-end/period-close related SCM issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Manufacturing, WMS, ASCP) to ensure seamless integration across the supply chain.
- Prepare and maintain functional documentation, test scripts, training materials, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support data migration, reconciliation, and validation activities during implementations and upgrades.
- Where applicable, contribute to Oracle Fusion SCM cloud initiatives, including EBS-to-Fusion transition and coexistence scenarios.
Mandatory Skills
- 8+ years of functional consulting experience on Oracle E-Business Suite Supply Chain Management modules.
- Strong, hands-on functional expertise in Order Management (OM) – order-to-cash cycle, pricing, shipping, and order workflows.
- Strong, hands-on functional expertise in Procurement – requisition-to-pay, purchasing, sourcing, and supplier management.
- Strong, hands-on functional expertise in Inventory – item setups, transactions, on-hand tracking, and cycle counting.
- Proven experience in at least 2–3 full-cycle Oracle EBS implementations, upgrades, or rollouts.
- Solid understanding of integration points between OM, Procurement, and Inventory with Finance (AP, AR, GL) modules.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
Good to Have Skills
- Functional experience in Manufacturing (MFG) – discrete or process manufacturing.
- Exposure to Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) for demand and supply planning.
- Exposure to Warehouse Management System (WMS) – mobile transactions, LPN, and warehouse operations.
- Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud modules and EBS-to-Fusion migration/coexistence experience.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle 11i to R12 upgrade projects – setup validation, gap analysis, and post-upgrade testing.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion migration from EBS – functional readiness, data mapping, and cutover support.
- Experience writing SQL queries for data validation and issue troubleshooting.
- Exposure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- Oracle certifications in relevant SCM/Fusion modules are an added advantage.
- Prior experience working with global/onshore-offshore delivery models is preferred.
