Our team brings together senior leaders and practitioners from the U.S. Intelligence Community, national security, and federal law enforcement, alongside exceptional engineers and researchers from leading universities and technology companies.
We are looking for a Homeland Security & Financial Enforcement Lead with significant leadership experience at U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the Department of Homeland Security, or another major federal law enforcement or homeland security organization.
The ideal candidate has served in a senior operational, investigative, intelligence, targeting, enforcement, or leadership role and understands how major homeland security missions are actually executed.
This is not a sales role.
We are looking for someone who has led the mission, managed teams, shaped operations, and understands how federal agencies identify risk, prioritize threats, connect intelligence, and turn information into enforcement action.
What You Will Do
• Serve as PREDICTION's senior subject matter lead across homeland security, border operations, financial enforcement, investigations, and intelligence
• Work directly with PREDICTION leadership, product, intelligence, and engineering teams
• Translate senior level operational experience into new product capabilities and workflows
• Help shape PREDICTION's platform for homeland security, border security, targeting, investigations, financial enforcement, and operational intelligence
• Help our teams understand how officers, agents, analysts, and investigators identify suspicious individuals, companies, transactions, shipments, vehicles, merchandise, and networks
• Define how intelligence, targeting, inspections, investigations, and enforcement should connect within operational workflows
• Identify high value mission areas where technology can materially improve federal operations
• Help define workflows around financial intelligence, cargo and border targeting, trade enforcement, network analysis, anomaly detection, investigations, and threat identification
• Guide the development of capabilities that help federal users evaluate risk, prioritize leads, and identify relationships across multiple sources of information
• Review PREDICTION capabilities from the perspective of an experienced senior federal operator
• Help ensure our platform reflects how federal agencies actually operate
• Provide strategic and operational guidance on agency structure, mission priorities, decision making, and operational requirements
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who has held meaningful leadership responsibility inside the federal government.
You should be someone who:
• Served in a senior role at CBP, DHS, HSI, or another major federal law enforcement or homeland security organization
• Has significant federal experience, ideally 15 or more years
• Has led officers, agents, analysts, investigators, programs, field operations, targeting operations, or enforcement initiatives
• Understands both frontline operations and senior level decision making
• Has deep experience in homeland security, border security, financial enforcement, customs enforcement, investigations, intelligence, targeting, or related missions
• Understands how federal organizations identify suspicious individuals, transactions, companies, shipments, vehicles, merchandise, and networks
• Has experience combining intelligence, financial, trade, investigative, or operational data to identify risk and support decisions
• Has participated in complex investigations, enforcement operations, or multi agency missions
• Understands the relationship between intelligence, targeting, inspection, investigation, enforcement, and leadership decision making
• Can translate complex federal workflows into clear guidance for engineers and product teams
• Has strong judgment, credibility, and operational leadership experience
• Wants to continue working on mission driven problems and help build new capabilities after government service
