About the role
Vebholic is looking for a hands-on Executional Project Manager who can turn complex requirements into clear plans and drive them through to completion. We need someone with excellent project management skills, the ability to learn complex systems quickly, and the confidence to perform detailed configuration changes.
This role combines project ownership with hands-on execution. You’ll coordinate stakeholders, manage dependencies, and work directly within systems to ensure changes are implemented accurately and delivered on time.
Responsibilities
- Own projects from requirements gathering and planning through configuration, testing, launch, and handover.
- Build and maintain project plans with clear milestones, owners, dependencies, and deadlines.
- Learn complex systems, workflows, and configuration options quickly, including how changes in one area affect others.
- Translate business requirements into actionable tasks and precise configuration requirements.
- Perform complex configuration changes, validate the results, and resolve issues with the appropriate teams.
- Keep projects moving by following up on commitments, removing blockers, and escalating risks early.
- Manage scope changes and communicate their impact on timelines, dependencies, and delivery.
- Keep stakeholders informed through clear progress updates and timely decisions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of requirements, configuration changes, test results, and operating procedures.
- Identify recurring execution problems and improve processes to make future delivery more reliable.
Requirements
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects involving multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
- Ability to understand unfamiliar, complex systems quickly and apply that knowledge independently.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail, especially when configuring workflows, rules, permissions, or other system settings.
- Comfort working directly in software platforms and troubleshooting configuration issues.
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and follow-through.
- Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain technical details to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Sound judgment about when to act independently, ask questions, or escalate an issue.
- A strong sense of ownership: you stay close to the details and see work through to a verified outcome.
Nice to have
- Experience with software implementation, enterprise platforms, or workflow automation.
- Experience translating customer or operational requirements into system configurations.
- Familiarity with data mapping, integrations, and user acceptance testing.
