We help CMOs and their teams scale campaigns, programs, and experiments faster by acting as an agentic co-pilot across the marketing org — from product and content marketing to demand gen and partner teams. We’re early but growing quickly, backed by experienced operators and angels who’ve built category-defining products.
We’re seeking a skilled Backend Ai Developer with a strong foundation in Python and hands-on experience in backend frameworks—Django REST Framework (preferred), along with FastAPI or Flask.
You’ll contribute to system architecture and support the initial product launch. This role is ideal for someone who has built SaaS + AI products from scratch, enjoys experimenting, and can scale systems for real-world usage.
Requirements:
✅ 2+ years of hands-on experience in Python, with strong expertise in Django REST Framework
✅ At least 1+ year of practical experience in AI development, including RAG systems, LLMs, or AI agents
✅ Hands-on experience building RAG pipelines (unstructured data ingestion, chunking, vectorization, retrieval, evaluation)
✅ Experience building AI agents using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI (preferred), or similar
✅ Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or ChromaDB
✅ Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB or similar)
✅ Exposure to ML/DL frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus
✅ Experience working with LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Llama, Gemini)
✅ Strong understanding of large datasets and data preprocessing
✅ Familiarity with agile development, version control, and coding copilots
✅ Good English communication skills for an international team
