Now you have the opportunity to join our partner as a Senior Technical Analyst.
Main tasks, responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze requirements from business stakeholders and product managers.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Analyze existing banking and advisory processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support the development team during implementation and clarify functional and technical questions.
- Validate that delivered solutions meet the defined business and technical requirements.
- Identify technical dependencies, risks, and potential usability or performance issues.
- Maintain structured and up-to-date project documentation.
Required skills & experience:
- Several years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, IT Analyst, System Analyst, or Requirements Engineer.
- Previous experience in the banking or financial-services sector.
- Strong understanding of application development, APIs, system integrations, databases, and software-development processes.
- Experience translating complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
- Good knowledge of Agile methodologies, user stories, acceptance criteria, Jira, and Confluence.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical, stakeholder-management, and communication skills.
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style.
Advantages:

- Experience with process modelling, solution architecture, testing, or UAT.
