About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate AI & Technology Mentor who can train, guide, and mentor students in emerging technologies and industry-relevant tools.
The mentor will be responsible for delivering practical learning sessions, conducting live classes, guiding projects, and helping students build real-world skills in AI, Data, and Automation.
This role is ideal for professionals with strong industry exposure who enjoy teaching, mentoring, and simplifying complex technical concepts for learners.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct live mentorship and training sessions for students.
- Teach concepts from beginner to advanced level with practical implementation.
- Guide students on real-world projects, assignments, and case studies.
- Create learning materials, practice tasks, and project roadmaps.
- Help students understand industry workflows and best practices.
- Provide doubt-solving and one-on-one mentoring support when required.
- Stay updated with the latest AI tools, frameworks, and industry trends.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Encourage hands-on learning using modern AI and development tools.

Engagement & Compensation
- Engagement Type: Freelance / Contract-Based
- Compensation: Batch-wise / Session-wise
- Working Hours: Primarily 6:00 PM – 10:30 PM, depending on batch schedule
- Mode: Online / Live Training Sessions
- Batch Allocation: Mentors will be assigned batches based on expertise, availability, and student requirements.
- Payment: Compensation will be calculated based on the assigned batch/session structure and paid as per the agreed payment terms.
