Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Credit Manager role based in Saraswati Vihar. The Credit Manager will oversee the end-to-end credit evaluation process, including reviewing applications, analyzing financial information, and assessing creditworthiness in line with company policies. The role involves managing credit risk by setting appropriate limits, monitoring portfolio performance, and recommending measures to mitigate potential losses. The Credit Manager will collaborate with operations, collections, and customer support teams to ensure efficient and compliant credit decisions, while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience. The role also includes preparing regular reports, refining credit frameworks, and contributing insights to improve credit products and processes.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong expertise in Credit Management and Credit to handle end-to-end credit evaluation and decision-making.
- Candidates should possess solid Credit Risk Management skills to identify, measure, and mitigate risk across the credit portfolio.
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, assess trends, and support data-driven credit decisions.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Finance to understand lending principles, financial statements, and regulatory considerations.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field; professional certifications in credit or risk management are an advantage.
- Prior experience in consumer lending, digital credit products, or financial services is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, along with proficiency in using credit assessment tools and basic data analysis software.
