### Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled **AI/ML Engineer with 5+ years of experience** to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions. The candidate should have strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, and production-grade ML systems.
### Key Responsibilities
* Develop, train, evaluate, and deploy ML/AI models.
* Build end-to-end ML pipelines and integrate models into production applications.
* Work on **Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, NLP, and AI agents**.
* Optimize models for performance, scalability, and reliability.
* Implement MLOps practices including CI/CD, model monitoring, and versioning.
* Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver AI-powered solutions.
### Required Skills
* **5+ years** of hands-on AI/ML experience.
* Strong **Python** skills.
* Experience with **PyTorch/TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy**.
* Strong understanding of ML/DL algorithms and statistics.
* Experience with **LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering**.
* Knowledge of **AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and MLflow**.
* Good SQL and software engineering skills.
### Good to Have
* Experience with **LangChain/LlamaIndex**.
* LLM fine-tuning (LoRA/QLoRA).
