Saragossa was founded in the UK in 2015 and has grown into an international technology recruitment and consulting business with offices in London, Bristol, Chicago, and New York. Our US business is scaling rapidly, and our New York office has grown from one person to a high-performing team in just under a year.
This is an opportunity for an experienced 360 recruiter to join as a Senior or Principal Recruiter. You'll inherit access to an exceptionally warm client network while continuing to build your own market across Software Engineering, Data & AI, Cloud Infrastructure, Cyber Security, or Change & Transformation.
Unlike traditional recruitment businesses, Saragossa operates across three specialist solutions - Connect, Consult and Deploy - giving you multiple ways to develop client relationships and create long-term commercial opportunities.

Salary: $70,000–$90,000 base (depending on experience) + uncapped commission.
