Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Inbound Sales Agent role based in Randburg. The Inbound Sales Agent will handle incoming calls and inquiries from existing and potential clients, provide accurate information about KBC’s health and safety solutions, and convert qualified leads into sales. Daily tasks include assessing client needs, preparing quotations, processing orders, and updating customer records in the CRM system. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients, supporting renewals of service contracts, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The Inbound Sales Agent is expected to meet sales targets, follow established sales processes, and represent KBC Health and Safety in a professional and client-focused manner.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear telephone etiquette and the ability to explain solutions in accessible language.

- Proven Customer Service experience, with a focus on responsiveness, problem solving, and relationship building.

- Demonstrated Sales skills, including lead qualification, closing techniques, and working towards set targets.

- Exposure to risk-related services, with the ability to understand and discuss compliance and safety-related offerings.

- Experience in Training or onboarding support, especially in explaining processes and guiding clients through service implementation.

- Previous experience in health and safety, SHEQ, or a similar regulated environment is beneficial.

- Comfort with using CRM systems and basic office software for call logging, reporting, and documentation.

- Minimum of a high school diploma; a relevant certificate or qualification in sales, customer service, or safety is an advantage.

- 2– 4 years’ relevant experience in the sales industry
