As a Generative AI - Senior Associate, you will leverage advanced analytics and statistical techniques to transform raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and driving business growth. Within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice, you will focus on extracting insights from large datasets and driving data-driven decision-making through exploratory and descriptive analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualizations to solve complex business problems.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement machine learning models for GenAI projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key opportunities
- Leverage knowledge to create innovative solutions for operational enhancement
- Analyze data to inform model development and performance
- Mentor junior team members in machine learning techniques

- Monitor project progress and adjust strategies as needed

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's or Master's Degree
- At least 4+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Experience developing and deploying machine learning applications
- Understanding data privacy and compliance regulations
- Hands-on experience with fine-tuning and quantization of LLMs & RAG
- Proven experience in chatbot design and development
- Practical knowledge of ML/DL frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn
- Skilled in object-oriented programming with languages such as Java, C++, or C#
- Relevant certifications in GenAI tools and technologies preferred
- Experience in implementing Model Context Protocol (MCP) preferred
