About The Role
Join the Fraud and Intelligence team to help detect, prevent and reduce financial crime across insurance products. You will investigate complex activity, analyse data and identify trends, anomalies and emerging threats. Your insights will support timely regulatory reporting, effective case management and practical responses to fraud, scams and other financial crime risks. Working with compliance, risk, legal, technology and customer teams, you will provide clear advice that protects customers, assets and reputation while improving detection methods, operational processes and intelligence outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Investigate financial crime activity to identify its scope, impact, patterns and responsible parties with a focus on scams.
- Analyse complex datasets to uncover anomalies, emerging trends and financial crime indicators.
- Prepare accurate intelligence reports, risk assessments, briefs of evidence and regulatory submissions.
- Manage financial crime cases, information and impacted customers in line with relevant frameworks, standards and procedures.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to internal stakeholders and external regulatory bodies.
- Improve analytical methods, workflows and tools to strengthen financial crime detection and prevention.
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years of experience in operational scams, fraud or financial crimes across telecommunications, digital platforms or financial services
- Experience supporting customers, scam victims or complaints through sensitive investigative matters.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience working with data, producing accurate and understandable reports.
- Ability to write risk assessments, intelligence reports and briefs of evidence.
- Knowledge of relevant financial crime regulations, industry standards, typologies and sanctions.
- A qualification in intelligence, law or financial crime is desirable.
