About the Role
We are looking for an AI Engineer who enjoys building practical AI solutions and turning ideas into working products. You’ll work closely with our development and product teams to build, integrate, and improve AI-powered features.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and integrate AI/ML solutions into applications.
- Work with LLMs, Generative AI, NLP, and AI APIs.
- Build and improve AI agents, chatbots, recommendation systems, and automation workflows.
- Work with models such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or open-source LLMs.
- Develop RAG-based applications using vector databases and embeddings.
- Prepare, clean, and process data for AI/ML use cases.
- Test, evaluate, and improve model accuracy and performance.
- Work with developers to integrate AI features into production applications.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in AI and Generative AI.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in AI/ML or Generative AI development.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
- Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar tools.
- Understanding of REST APIs and backend integration.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and a practical approach to development.
Good to Have
- Experience building AI agents or multi-agent systems.
- Knowledge of fine-tuning or model evaluation.
- Experience with Docker and CI/CD.
- Experience deploying AI applications in production.
